The AMR2/UWSCSI features a rugged aluminum inner tray AND an aluminum Rack. This construction helps disipate heat build up & maintain the life of your hard drive. Also, this unit employs a total of 3 cooling fans (two front panel mounted & 1 at the rear of the rack) to move heat out of the hard drive area. Also included is an Auto-Close front door that keeps your computer closed off during times that the hard drive is removed. The Auto-Eject handle design makes HD removal easy & of course, the unit includes a keylock to help prevent unauthorized removal or accidental removal during HD activity.
