BlackJack SolderWerks Solder Station

This solder station is fabricated from very attractive and rugged extruded aluminum and features a high tech look that is typical of our BlackJack SolderWerks series of soldering equipment ( BlackJack SolderWerks is a Circuit Specialists, Inc. Brand Name). The BK2000 solder station provides this quality at a reasonable price . The control knob is labelled in Celsius and Fahrenheit ( x 10)  scales ( 392 deg to 896 deg Fahrenhei and 200 deg to 480 deg Celsius). This solder station is calibrated at the factory but it does include a calibration port on the front panel for end users that may have reason to recalibrate or check the temperature calibration. Note: This would require a contact thermometer at the tip to accomplish.  The BK2000 solder station features a detached aluminum soldering iron holder as well as a 1 meter cord length from the base station to the tip. A broad selection of replacement tips are available for this solder station.  For SMT work, there is an optional SMD tweezer style adaptor available. The BK2000 also ships with one FREE replacement ceramic heating element to use when the original heating element is consumed. The soldering iron handle is detachable and easily replaced. It is well designed with a soft comfort grip and a grounded tip and barrel to prevent ESD to sensitive components.
