INSTRUCTIONS,
- clean surface to be repaired
- tap the top of the pen on a hard surface to free the mixing balls. Shake the pen vigorously for 20 seconds to mix the material
- practice with the pen before trying a repair. Press the pen lightly against surface to be repaired. Squeeze barrel firmly to start & regulate the flow.
- trace will become conductive in 5-10 minutes. Air cure is reached in 45 minutes; heat cure in 5 minutes at 250-300 deg F for maximum conductivity
- wipe pen tip clean after each use & replace the cap
- use item # CW3300 Overcoat Pen to insulate repaired trace and to repair any damaged solder mask
